Robinhood Ventures Fund II (Code RVII) is expected to list on the New York Stock Exchange on August 13, aiming to raise up to $200 million. The fund clearly focuses on seed-stage startups, with particular emphasis on projects that are in or have already graduated from Y Combinator, as well as companies founded by YC alumni.

With its background as a traditional brokerage, Robinhood is again packaging early-stage VC assets into a secondary-market product through a "fund listing," giving retail investors, for the first time, access to "seed rounds" in the primary market. This move continues the opening that Robinhood made with Venture Fund I (2025), but with a more focused and earlier-stage direction. Notably, the target pool is highly tied to Y Combinator—essentially turning the YC ecosystem into a purchasable index.
