#bstockscis @BinanceCIS What are bStocks? 🤔📈
«When Wall Street is asleep, Binance clocks in for the night shift» 😄
bStocks are tokenized access to shares of leading global companies, with the ability to trade them on Binance 24/7. They’re structured as certificates backed by the underlying shares on a 1:1 basis, and are issued by BTech Holdings — an affiliate of Binance. But this is not direct ownership of shares: voting rights and other shareholder privileges are not provided.
There’s also free and instant two-way conversion between regular shares and bStocks on a 1:1 basis. The tokens run on BNB Chain using the BEP-20 standard, so you can store them yourself and use them in supported DeFi applications.
And one small detail so you don’t waste time looking through the list: Meta and Microsoft are currently not available among bStocks. After the launch on June 11, the lineup quickly grew: from NVIDIA, Tesla, Circle, Micron, and Sandisk to SpaceX, AMD, Intel, Strategy, and the iShares South Korea ETF — over 25 tokens as of early July.
You can buy bStocks directly with USDT on Binance’s spot market. So while someone is waiting for the morning call from Wall Street, bStocks are already working the night shift. 🌙
