🏦🤝 Goldman Sachs has agreed to acquire Neos Investments for up to $2.25 billion, giving the traditional finance giant three exchange-traded funds that invest in cryptocurrency and generate income.
Neos offers the Bitcoin High Income ETF, Boosted Bitcoin High Income ETF, and Ethereum High Income ETF.
The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027
