$RARE had a rough dip down to 0.0119 then snapped right back up to 0.01699, now trading around 0.01569. Nice recovery, trend looks bullish again on the short term. Still, given how sharp that bounce was, wouldn't be shocked to see a little consolidation before the next leg.... no need to rush in at the top of the bounce.
