To expand the list of trading options offered on Binance Futures and improve the trading experience for users, the following contract(s) will be accepted for trading on Binance RIE and accepted for Clearing and Settlement by Binance RCH at the time specified below:

• 2026-08-11 02:00 (UTC): KUAISHOUUSDT USDT-denominated perpetual contract 

• 2026-08-11 02:05 (UTC): MEITUANUSDT USDT-quoted perpetual contract

• 2026-08-11 02:10 (UTC): CSOPSKHYNIX2LUSDT USDT-quoted perpetual contract

• 2026-08-11 02:15 (UTC): CSOPSAMSUNG2LUSDT USDT-quoted perpetual contract

Please note: 

• This information is released as a Notice based on Rules 75 and 89 of Exchange Rules as well as Notice based on Rule 76.6 of Clearing Rules.

• The above-mentioned perpetual contracts are excluded from the rules 8.1 Adjustment of Funding Interval. When the previous funding rate settlement of the above-mentioned perpetual contracts reaches the upper limit or the lower limit of the funding rate, the funding interval will not be adjusted from every eight hours to every one hour.  

• Binance RIE may adjust the trading parameters of the above-mentioned Contracts from time to time in accordance with Exchange Rules and Exchange Procedures. The trading parameters in effect at any time are set out in the relevant Contract Specifications and in the Trading Parameters Table (USDS-M Futures). 

• Binance RCH may adjust the maximum leverage and margin requirements in accordance with Clearing Rules and Clearing Procedures. The maximum leverage and margin requirements in effect are set out in the Leverage & Margin Table (USDⓈ-M Futures).

• Binance RCH may adjust the funding rate in accordance with Clearing Rules and Clearing Procedures. The funding rate parameters in effect are set out in the Funding Rate Table (USDⓈ-M Futures).
