Hello Binance users,

Binance Margin and Loan will delist and stop trading on all margin trading pairs for the following tokens on 2026-08-14 10:00 (UTC):

  • BTTC (BitTorrent)

  • POWR (Powerledger)

Please note:

  • The delisting schedule may or may not apply to the products listed below, depending on their relevance to the token being delisted.

  • There may be differences in the translated versions of the original English article. Please refer to this original version for the latest or most accurate information if there are any discrepancies.

Loan

  • At 2026-08-14 10:00 (UTC), the Flexible Loan will close all remaining loan positions for the aforementioned tokens that are borrowable tokens and collateral tokens. The VIP Loan will close all remaining loan positions for the aforementioned tokens as collateral tokens. Users are strongly advised to repay any outstanding loans before the automatic closure to avoid potential losses, if applicable.

Margin

Cross Margin & Isolated Margin

  • Binance Margin will delist the aforementioned tokens from Cross and Isolated Margin at 2026-08-14 10:00 (UTC) (“Margin Scheduled Delisting Time”). The cross margin and isolated margin trading pairs for the aforementioned tokens will be removed from Margin. Effective immediately, users will no longer be able to transfer any amounts of the aforementioned tokens via manual transfer and Auto-Transfer Mode for Cross and Isolated Margin to their margin accounts. If users still have outstanding liabilities for those tokens, they can only manually transfer up to the amount of those token liabilities to their margin accounts, minus the collateral that is already available.

    • At 2026-08-11 10:00 (UTC), Binance Margin will suspend borrowing on the aforementioned cross margin tokens and isolated margin pairs.

    • At the Margin Scheduled Delisting Time, Binance Margin will close the user’s positions, perform automatic settlement, and cancel all pending orders on the aforementioned isolated margin pairs, which will then be removed from isolated margin.

    • At the Margin Scheduled Delisting Time, if the user has the aforementioned token collateral and liabilities under cross margin, the collateral will be used to settle the related liabilities. If there is still remaining collateral or the aforementioned token liabilities, one of the two options below will occur:

      • If the user only has the aforementioned tokens in the form of collateral:

        • If the Collateral Margin Level (CML) is above 2, the aforementioned tokens will be transferred to the user’s spot account until the CML reaches 2. The remaining tokens in the user’s Cross Margin Account that will be delisted will then be sold in full.

        • If the CML is below 2, the remaining tokens in the user’s Cross Margin Account that will be delisted will be sold in full.

      • If the user only has the aforementioned tokens in the form of liabilities:

        • If the CML is at or above 2, the pending orders will not be affected.

        • If the CML is below 2, all pending orders in the user’s Cross Margin Account will be canceled.

        • The system will then sell the other collateral tokens to buy and fully settle the token liabilities that are being delisted.

  • Please note that users will not be able to update positions during the delisting process, which may take about 3 hours. Users are strongly advised to close positions and/or transfer assets from the Margin Wallet to the spot account before the margin trading is halted. Binance will not be responsible for any potential losses.

Portfolio margin

  • If the tokens mentioned above are still in the Portfolio Margin Account after the Margin Scheduled Delisting Time, they will be automatically liquidated. The delisted margin assets will be sold into USDT, and the sale proceeds will be added to the user’s Portfolio Margin balance. Binance will not be responsible for any losses arising.

  • Users of Portfolio Margin are advised to transfer the aforementioned tokens from the Margin Wallet to the spot account and add margin balance before the Margin Scheduled Delisting Time, if applicable. Users must carefully monitor the Integrated Maintenance Margin Ratio (uniMMR) to avoid potential liquidations that may occur due to the aforementioned tokens being removed from the Margin Wallet.

  • Please note: For perpetual futures contracts, please refer to the futures announcement.

  • Please refer to this FAQ for more information on how the token balances mentioned above remaining in the Portfolio Margin user’s Margin Wallet will be handled.

We appreciate your support as we continue building a crypto ecosystem that promotes transparency and sustainable long-term growth.

Thank you for your support!
