Once this demon coin $VELVET within 11 days actually rose with a huge increase!
Now how should we operate this demon coin?
For a coin like this, I definitely don’t have much confidence in it, because the market cap bubble is too big. The circulating market cap is 200 million USD, but the locked-in funds have always stayed at a million or even lower. The pool’s trading volume isn’t particularly impressive either—apart from using the left and right hands to shuffle chips, what’s left is doing token drops and spamming Gas fees.
This kind of low-quality altcoin survives on hype. But once the hype dies down, it’s very hard for it to stay in the market. In the end, retail investors will be the ones left holding the bag. So I’m not optimistic about VELVET in the short term.
The gainers list actually has a project that makes me feel encouraged—the third place on the gainers list: $HOLO
