Your sleep time betrays your identity
1. Sleeping at 8:00 p.m.—that’s rural folks.
2. Sleeping at 9:00 p.m.—ordinary people or people into health preservation.
3. Sleeping at 10:00 p.m.—most likely office workers.
4. Sleeping at 11:00 p.m.—perhaps night-owl type strivers.
5. Sleeping at 12:00 a.m.—the boss, or people who are used to staying up late.
6. Sleeping at 1:00 a.m.—the general manager, or someone immersed in the online world.
7. Sleeping at 2:00 a.m.—people whose thoughts are troubling them and who can’t fall asleep.
8. Sleeping at 3:00 a.m.—people who may be under tremendous stress and can’t sleep.
9. Sleeping at 4:00 a.m.—either special workers, or people who are extremely anxious.
10. Sleeping at 5:00 a.m.—maybe someone who’s been partying all night.

More often than not, staying up late isn’t a voluntary choice—it’s a reluctant persistence.
