A brief discussion of the biggest opportunities closest to me since I entered the scene—yet I failed to grab a single one. Then I’ll talk about what I was doing at the time.

The first time was that MOCO “multi-zero coin.” The night before it exploded, I was scrolling on a square and saw someone post. Back then it was only about 30 zeros. I had 2,000 yuan, but I didn’t buy. In the following three days it surged 100x. Later it also sparked a multi-zero trend, with moves starting from 10x—yet I missed every chance. I was afraid of losing money.

The second time was Trump. At the time I was working to pay off debts. During lunch I checked and it was just over 1 yuan. By the time I got off work that evening, it had already hit 7 yuan. The next day, it surged on the exchange to more than 70.

The third time was Dogecoin—Puppies. In August I even posted saying that buying this would let you break even within a year with a guaranteed plan. Then I sold it the very next day. As a result, during the National Day holiday in October, a single tweet from Musk wiped it out, turning it upside down by 30x. In the crypto world, without belief, you can never make big money. When the day I imagined finally arrived, that’s when I regretted that I hadn’t chosen to trust it and hold on to it.
