Blave liquidation map shows a clear dense liquidation area below the current price. At the same time, based on the liquidation change chart, the recently added liquidation OI ratio is showing an imbalance, indicating that the liquidation pressure on long positions below the current price is accumulating. The dense liquidation area is located at $62,858.82 – $63,173.51 (cluster score 6.47), with the additional liquidation quantity on the upper and lower sides differing by only 0.62.
This will cause market makers to begin liquidation, so be aware of the risk of a long liquidation cascade.
