Let’s be factual: all these lists will be sent to the West right now. Automatically, under Package 21, all infrastructure will fall under sanctions. And all the crypto that passes through these exchange services will become marked—sanctioned. Do you understand that?

Where will you get liquidity? Who will come to you for "dirty" crypto that you can’t legally clean? You won’t be able to hand over a clean asset to a person if they came to you from the Russian side. That’s just illegal.

And most importantly: when your wallets get blocked and you lose the crypto—who will be responsible? Who will reimburse the losses? The Central Bank? The SRO? No. It will all remain on you.

I heard this argument: "If you’re afraid of sanctions—don’t work in Russia." OK, that’s everyone’s choice. But what does fear have to do with it? It’s about basic economic logic. If you take a sanctioned asset, you take on the risk of a freeze that nobody will pay for on your behalf.

In my opinion, they should have left everything as it was. Let the business and people work in the format that had already taken shape. Time will tell, but I feel like we’ll remember this “joy” more than once. And not with kind words.

I don’t see any reason for smiles here. I see enormous risks.
