According to Sina Finance, OpenAI's head of ethics, Chloe Bakalar, has left the company after less than a year in the role.

She joined the ChatGPT maker in August last year as its AI ethics lead and quietly departed last month, with no official announcement. Before OpenAI, she served as Meta's chief ethicist.
