📈To Make Money in Crypto, First You Must Know How to “Not Enter Trades”
Honestly, most people who step into crypto think about one thing: getting rich really fast.
But the longer I stay in the market, the more I realize:
Making money isn’t as hard as keeping it.
If I were to start over with 1,000U, I wouldn’t try to chase a “x100 setup.” I’d split my capital into smaller portions, and every trade would have an SL, a TP, and a clearly defined risk level.
No FOMO.
No chasing the price.
No holding through losses.
No trying to prove I’m right.
When the account starts growing, I’ll gradually increase the position size. And when profits are large enough, I’ll withdraw a portion out of the market.
Because the final goal isn’t to see how much the number on the screen goes up.
It’s to turn paper profits into real assets.
Crypto always has new opportunities.
But if your capital is gone, the next opportunity won’t matter.
Don’t ask: “How much does this setup make?”
Ask instead:
👉 “If I’m wrong, how much will I lose?”
That’s the mindset that helps a trader survive long enough to go far.
Remember this saying: Preserve capital first, then make money.
