Serenity said on X that Unitree Technology’s IPO was oversubscribed by more than 8,000 times by retail investors, reflecting what he described as extremely strong demand for pure humanoid robotics companies. According to Odaily, he said he is currently bullish on investment opportunities related to U.S. humanoid robotics company Agility Robotics, in which SoftBank, NVIDIA ($NVDA), Amazon ($AMZN), Foxconn and others have participated, and which had a pre-investment valuation of about $2.5 billion.
Serenity said Unitree Technology had already shown high expectations in the pre-IPO perpetual contract market. He added that if the company’s post-listing market value reaches more than $30 billion, attention on leading U.S. humanoid robotics firms could increase further in the next one to two weeks. He also said Unitree Technology’s IPO demand was very surprising and that humanoid robotics is becoming a new focus for global capital.
