Tests. Part 2.
The vast majority of people chose the B-A combination, the only mathematically negative one, the only one that is guaranteed to incur a loss.
Madness? Or did they simply not understand why to learn mathematics in school?
And the market will not forgive this.
I knew a person who never set a stop-loss. This person had no losing trades in 3 months because they were confident that their strategy worked perfectly and a loss was mathematically impossible. But a single trade without stop-losses (there was such a coin BNX) liquidated their account by 30 thousand dollars in a couple of hours.
Look at my trade $FHE
At the peak of the loss, it was -700%. And now imagine that Elon Musk took a hit from a good white widow and wrote three words on X "FHE - the new bitcoin". And that’s it, the loss of the entire deposit due to a single trade at 2% of the balance and X5 leverage.
What conclusions can be drawn?
Don’t be, damn it, gamblers. Don’t wait for a trade reversal, close it and reinvest. Set a stop-loss as soon as you open a trade. Only a clear definition of risk/loss can make your strategy profitable. Relying on luck will always lead to a loss.
And what are your conclusions? What do you think?
