ZEC and DASH have long been associated with transaction privacy. COTI, in turn, is betting on confidential computing in Web3 Garbled Circuits, private transactions, DeFi, AI, and other use cases where data should not be completely public.
In my opinion, the privacy narrative could become interesting again, and COTI is literally at the bottom right now by price.
