๐Ÿ’ฒโŒ A Strategyโ–ธ $STRC โ–ธ has resumed selling Bitcoin โ€” and, for the second consecutive week, part of its massive reserve is being used to support another piece of its financial structure.
Between August 3 and 9, the company sold 1,690 BTC for US$ 108.6 million, at an average price of approximately US$ 64,262 per Bitcoin. All the money raised was directed toward the buyback of 1,152,020 preferred shares Strategy.

๐Ÿ”ฅ And this stands out because Strategy built its identity precisely on the continuous accumulation of Bitcoin.
In the previous week, the company had already sold 1,638 BTC for US$ 104.7 million. Part of that money was used to pay STRC dividends, and another part was used to repurchase preferred shares.

โšกNow there is an important shift in short-term priorities:
BTC exits the treasury โ†’ cash enters โ†’ STRC is defended.
STRC got close to US$ 72 at the end of June, well below its stated value of US$ 100. By August 10, it had recovered to approximately US$ 94.30.

๐Ÿ˜ฎ Even after the sales, Strategy remains a Bitcoin powerhouse.
The company still has 840,447 BTC, acquired for approximately US$ 63.36 billion, with an average cost of US$ 75,385 per BTC. Its dollar reserve has also increased to about US$ 4.65 billion.
In addition, the company raised another US$ 653.1 million by selling 6.59 million sharesโ–ธ $MSTRB

๐Ÿ”ฅ The Big Question Has Changed:
How far is Strategy willing to sell Bitcoinโ–ธ$BTC โ–ธ to protect its own capital structure?

๐Ÿ‘‡ Is this smart financial management or a sign of increasing pressure on Michael Saylorโ€™s strategy?
