Foresight News: A message that Bitcoin miners and HPC data center Keel Infrastructure (Nasdaq/TSX: KEEL) released its 2026 Q2 earnings report. Total revenue was USD 30.43 million, down 50% year over year, mainly due to the decline in Bitcoin prices and the shutdown of its Moses Lake mining operations in April 2026. Net loss was USD 65.0 million. Adjusted EBITDA was negative USD 23.69 million. As of August 7, the company’s total liquidity was approximately USD 819 million, including about USD 698 million in cash and about USD 121 million in unencumbered Bitcoin.
Regarding its Bitcoin holdings, the company sold 1,085 Bitcoins from April 1 to August 7 for proceeds of USD 75 million. As of August 7, it still holds 1,861 Bitcoins. During the quarter, the company raised USD 458 million through convertible bond financing to develop a pipeline with total power capacity of about 2.2 GW. In addition, the company has completed its exit from all U.S. Bitcoin mining operations and is fully transitioning to HPC data centers. Currently, the three priority development sites (Panther Creek, Sharon, and Moses Lake) have all nearly completed the process of obtaining permits, and multiple potential tenants are in commercial negotiations for each site. In Q4 2026, the company has received the first batch of Vertiv modules and completed the final fiber contract signings for all three sites. Furthermore, the company has reached an agreement with Canada’s Hydro-Sherbrooke to conditionally transfer and operate the existing 96 MW capacity in Sherbrooke, Quebec, for the development of data centers.
