Squeeze the coin: All the signs for Bitcoin indicate that something big is coming!
I. Volatility
1、BVIV
Bitcoin Volmex Implied Volatility 30 Day Index (Bitcoin Volmex 30-day implied volatility index) has already fallen to its lowest historical range. This all indicates that big volatility is not far off.
2、ATR
The daily ATR indicator has been continuously falling, indicating that volatility has been decreasing and has already dropped to a historical support level. If it rebounds, it would mean volatility is rising.
Need to explain that the volatility indicator only indicates that the market will experience large fluctuations; it does not indicate the direction.
II. Leverage conditions
The global Open Interest (OI) / Market Cap ratio is the most classic leverage risk indicator, i.e., the Bitcoin futures contract open interest divided by the Bitcoin market capitalization:
