Foundation has released KeyOS 1.3.1 for Passport Prime, adding a seed phrase generation feature. According to Odaily, users can enter the first 11 or 23 words of a BIP39 seed phrase, and the device will generate a valid final word that meets checksum requirements.

Users can manually generate seed phrases by rolling dice, flipping coins, or using other methods, then complete the process directly on Passport Prime without external tools. Foundation said AI security reviews using Claude Fable Max and ChatGPT 5.6 Sol Extra High found no major security issues.
