I started personal monitoring of SPCXB, and this past week—SpaceX is really getting hit with storms. The stock dropped to a 52-week low near $107 in early August (from a peak above $225 right after the IPO in June), and on August 6 the first major lock-up expiration passed—around 911 million shares suddenly came onto the market, nearly $99 billion worth. After that, the price started jumping sharply—over the last couple of days I saw a range from $114 to $133 literally within a single session.
What caught my attention: while the traditional exchange was digesting this shock through normal trading hours, SPCXB on Binance kept trading nonstop—the token simply reflected volatility in real time. At that moment I also had a small order open on SPCXB—watching these swings live, without waiting for Nasdaq to open, turned out to be much more illustrative than reading about it in the news the next day.
Not financial advice—just a personal observation of one of the most volatile bStocks this week.
Would you jump into this kind of volatility, or wait until things settle down?
