YOU HAVE 0 $ALABB . THE PLATFORM LIMIT MAY ALREADY BE ALMOST FULL.

Binance has added $ALABB and nine more new bStocks to the list of collateral assets for VIP 3+ users in permitted jurisdictions. But the Maximum Collateral Limit is not a personal quota.

For Binance thresholds, it calculates the ratio: the total value of a specific asset across all Margin Accounts, divided by its upper limit.

Example from the FAQ: the upper limit is 2,000,000 USD, and users together already hold 1,700,000 USD. That’s 85%. Then a new deposit or purchase via Margin is limited to 50,000 USD, even if your account has no $ALABB at all. Binance may change this amount depending on the account risk.

From 90% to 100%, you can deposit only the remaining amount up to the upper limit, also with a maximum of 50,000 USD. Once the limit is reached, transfer-in and Margin purchases are blocked. Auto-transfer is also subject to the limit.

So a rejection when depositing $ALABB may indicate not your balance, but the platform’s shared capacity. If it’s already taken, the Binance FAQ explicitly states another path: use a different available collateral asset rather than repeating the same attempt.
