🔐 CHECKLIST 7 SAFE BINANCE P2P TRANSACTION STEPS – DON’T SKIP ANY STEP!
✅ 1. Choose a counterparty with a good transaction history
Prioritize merchants/users with many successful transactions, a high completion rate, and positive feedback. Don’t only look at the best price.
✅ 2. Carefully check the order details
Before paying, double-check the amount, payment method, and recipient information. If you notice any unusual information, stop the transaction and verify again.
✅ 3. Only communicate in the order’s chat area
You shouldn’t move the conversation to Telegram, Zalo, or other platforms when the other party requests it. Keeping communication within the system makes it easier to cross-check in case of disputes.
✅ 4. Don’t trust transfer proof screenshots
Screenshots are not definite proof that the money has been credited to your account. Sellers should check the balance/transaction history in the banking app before transferring crypto.
✅ 5. Absolutely do not trade outside the P2P order
If someone suggests “cancel the order then transfer separately for faster,” be cautious. Off-system transactions can remove your protection layer from the P2P process.
✅ 6. Don’t click strange links and don’t share sensitive information
Do not provide passwords, OTP codes, 2FA codes, or other sensitive details to anyone else. Binance also will not ask you to send these security details via chat with your P2P counterpart.
✅ 7. If there’s a problem → use the Appeal/Dispute (Claim) function
If a transaction dispute arises, keep related evidence and use Binance’s support/dispute resolution process instead of negotiating outside.
