You’re in Ukraine. There’s no account with a U.S. broker, no deposit of $500, no SSN. Under the old rules, there’s nothing you need to do in the U.S. stock market.
bStocks presents this as a crossed gap: 58% of the trading volume of bStocks for the first 15 days came from emerging markets—Binance Research data as of 25.06.2026, not a promotional slogan. Ukraine in this audience is not theoretical: I’ve already completed trading tasks $SPCXB without any obstacles—everything works.
The asterisk is not about Ukraine. Emerging markets—doors aren’t open for everyone. The list of Binance restrictions for bStocks excludes the U.S., the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, the entire EEA, and part of the post-Soviet space—Russia is outside Binance as of September 2023. The word “CIS” in the campaign materials is misleading: access is available in Ukraine, not across the entire region that is typically labeled that way.
The 58% figure is real, but it doesn’t say what share within it is accounted for by Ukraine versus India or Brazil—much larger markets by an order of magnitude. One country can pull the statistics on its own; without breakdown, saying “Ukraine is a typical representative” is too early.
When @BinanceCIS you publish the breakdown of 58% by country—this will confirm or refute the unevenness. Until the numbers are available, I trust cautiously, so I continue studying #bStocksCIS
