💥8.8 Midday Market Outlook.💥
$BTC Viewpoint:
The bill has been postponed, but it hasn’t produced the expected BTC pullback; instead, there’s been a pump. Trading based on news is unreliable— the higher the expectations, the greater the disappointment. BTC broke above the triangle and the 65005 resistance, but it hasn’t managed to hold and trade above the 65005 resistance level. It only briefly made an upside fakeout above the 65005 resistance, then fell back to trade below the 65005 support. Moreover, at the 65005 resistance level it printed a bearish engulfing pattern, indicating an intrahour pullback is needed—shown by the white boxed area above. After returning to trade below the 65005 resistance level, the yellow arrows point to two attempts to move back up above 65005, but neither succeeded. Afterwards, it retraced downward to retest the upper boundary of the triangle at 64521 to confirm support was effective. There was no continuation downward, but it also couldn’t move back above 65005 nor continue rising. Only a breakout above 65005 can allow a further push to challenge the 65798 resistance. If it can’t break 65005 today, BTC can only grind through a range around 65005–64521.
For BTC to pull back, it’s best not to drop back into the triangle. If it drops back into the triangle, the probability of breaking the 64163 support becomes high. Once 64163 breaks, BTC will begin an intrahour pullback to test the 63343 area. As long as the pullback doesn’t break 64163, continued upward movement is just a matter of time—wait patiently.
BTC: After a volume-backed breakout above the right-side 65005, the aggressive longs are in. If 64521 breaks with volume and the rebound can’t reclaim the right-side level, then take the short—set your stop loss.
On the intrahour timeframe: If it breaks and holds above 65005, look for 65798–66511. If it can’t get above 65005, it’s useless.
On the 4-hour timeframe: If it breaks below 64521, look for 64163–63343.
Resistance above: 65005–65798–66511
Support below: 64521–64163–63343
$ETH Idea:
For coin 2: Break above 1918 with volume, long on the right-side, and take back the stop loss.
For 1901: Break below the right-side level short with volume—set a stop loss.
If you retrace to 1872 and confirm support is valid, long one more.
If it breaks 1850, stop loss.
On coin 2’s intrahour timeframe: If it holds above 1918, look for 1936–1955.
For coin 2: Watch 1955 above for one short opportunity.
If it breaks 1982, stop loss.
Left-side pin order: 1820 long; if it breaks 1800, stop loss.
