Before this round, I’m going to double-check one easy-to-mix-up thing: the real-time numbers shown for assets with the same name on different platforms must not be used to rewrite Binance’s adjacent snapshots.
In Binance Alpha’s official data, during two sampling times in Beijing time—August 7 at 18:04:24 and 20:05:02—MarsCoin changed from 0.05803691 to 0.06191584. The two points were 7,238 seconds apart, for a change of about +6.684%. The last rolling 24-hour field is +15.91%, and the volume_24h field is 10,937,219.54, but the interface does not specify the pricing unit. The independent aggregation page at the time showed about $0.06373, which only lets us cross-check the order of magnitude of price; it cannot be used to replace this calculation.
This set of data can confirm that the two discrete points crossed the 5% pool entry line, but it cannot reconstruct the full two-hour high-low path, the USD trading amount, the reason, or the subsequent direction. The Binance Spot file at 20:05:02 does not include MarsCoin, and I did not use it to backfill the trend. Also, the value was not refreshed with any auditable new data before publication, so we still use that timestamp as the reference. Next, I’ll focus more on whether the asset identity and definitions from different sources can continue to stay aligned.#BinanceAlpha #MarsCoin
