Tokyo Stock Exchange plans to create a re-review system for listed companies that undergo major business changes after going public, raising serious questions about their listing eligibility. According to Foresight News, companies that fail the review could be delisted, and their shares may be flagged during the review period to warn investors.

The proposed system may also apply to companies that launch new businesses after major changes in control or management. The Tokyo Stock Exchange did not name any specific crypto treasury companies, but said such firms could still fall within the scope of the review.
