Sometimes I trust myself too much and think about doing scalp—just entering and exiting with a small profit—and I ended up getting trapped, even though the amount I invested was small. I was in big losses until I managed to get out practically without losing anything. The market doesn’t forgive, and if it can liquidate us, it will. Why don’t I use a stop loss? Because my positions are small, and I can always add margin or do DCA to average my entry price. Whenever we use stop loss, the market will go look for it, and in the end that only makes us lose.
