【FNG 25, I’m actually scared now—when everyone says they’re afraid】
A week ago, SUI was hovering around 0.73. A month ago it surged to 0.98. Now what—0.68. That drop is almost 90%, so I can’t be bothered to calculate it.
FNG 25: extreme fear. The weekly average is only 26, basically in sync with the market. Support at 0.655, resistance at 0.709—and right now it’s grinding within this range.
But what I really want to talk about is—volume.
When volume exceeds 5% of market cap, what does it mean? It means someone is moving, someone is accumulating—and both sides are quite active. Some say it’s the main forces washing positions, others say retail investors are cutting losses. I think both are partly right. With this kind of volume, on other coins I might have jumped in—but with SUI, I really haven’t moved.
It’s not that I don’t want to. I’m just thinking about one thing: among the projects on SUI, how many can actually run and deliver? DeFi, NFTs, games, metaverse—the stories they tell sound great. But when you zoom in on reality, how many are actually profitable? Are users staying because it’s truly useful, or because of FOMO?
Back in 2017, when I got rugged, it was the same situation—everyone said this track was great, and this coin could 100x. What happened in the end? The track was still the same track, but most of the projects died.
What does FNG 25 mean? It means everyone is scared, everyone is thinking about running. But when you’re scared, have you really figured out why you’re running? Did the project’s logic change, or are you just running because you got scared?
I don’t have the answer. But I know one thing: the people entering now are either lucky ones who are going to the bottom, or brave souls catching a flying knife. I’m neither, so I’m just watching.
What about you? Have you already run, or are you waiting for a rebound? What do you think about this move in SUI—are you feeling itchy to jump in?
