Unitree Technology said nine investors took part in its strategic placement for a total of 8.089286 million shares, or 20.00% of the offering. DeepSeek received 933,399 shares worth more than 140 million yuan with a 36-month lockup, while Shanghai Qishan Investment, a Tencent unit, China National Petroleum Group Kunlun Capital and China Southern Power Grid Industrial and Financial Holding Group each received 903,290 shares worth about 136 million yuan, according to Jiemian News.
The company priced its science and technology innovation board IPO at 150.80 yuan per share, implying a post-offer market value of 60.993 billion yuan. The offer comprised 40.446434 million shares, or 10% of the post-offer share capital, at a price-to-earnings ratio of 219.23 times. Gross proceeds are expected to total about 6.099 billion yuan, with net proceeds estimated at 5.917 billion yuan after 182 million yuan in issuance costs, compared with a prior fundraising target of 4.202 billion yuan.
Unitree said the money will mainly be used for robotics model research and development, robot body R&D, new intelligent robot product development and manufacturing base construction. The company's revenue rose from 159 million yuan in 2023 to 393 million yuan in 2024 and 1.699 billion yuan in 2025, while net profit attributable to shareholders improved from a loss of 11.1451 million yuan to 94.5018 million yuan and then 278 million yuan. For January-March 2026, revenue was 423 million yuan, up 68.49% year on year, and adjusted net profit fell 52.55% to 40.2536 million yuan. Unitree projected January-June 2026 revenue of 1.052 billion yuan to 1.128 billion yuan and adjusted net profit of 236 million yuan to 283 million yuan.
