$XAU 4269, and we’ve returned to the previous high area and been grinding around there.

Earlier, there was a run from 4064 to 4308—almost six percent—then we’ve come back to 4269 again. Every time it’s pushed to the right spot, the seller just dumps. In seven hours, nearly half the volume got cut. Buy orders are 44%, sell orders 56%, and the sell side is still about double.

Open interest is also declining; in seven hours it dropped by three percentage points. Money is flowing out, yet the price is still being propped up—I can’t figure out who’s holding this shell up.

A few whale accounts have added positions, but the positions haven’t really built up. More people, but not more money—meaning the newcomers are all small-sized trying the waters, not throwing real money in. With this kind of structure, it’s normal that they can’t really drive it.

On the order book, the buy side is still thin. There are 46 “bings” of buy orders versus 85 “bings” of sell orders—nearly double the difference. It’s the kind that gets knocked and breaks right through.

If you don’t understand, just wait—wait for the direction to show itself, and rehearse the outcome in advance.
