ME News update, August 6 (UTC+8). NVIDIA is urgently seeking AI base station suppliers in China to develop 6G AI-RAN base stations. These stations will not only handle communications connectivity, but also provide AI computing capabilities. NVIDIA hopes to enter trial networks in 2027 or 2028. Shenzhen Jiaxian Communication is one of its partners. Both sides have been jointly developing the 6G AI-RAN base stations based on NVIDIA's CUDA ecosystem, and the cooperation has been ongoing for more than half a year. (Source: ME)
