Western Digital fell more than 10% after guiding current-quarter adjusted earnings of $4 a share, plus or minus 15 cents, on revenue of $4.1 billion, plus or minus $100 million, against the LSEG consensus of $3.81 a share on $4.04 billion. Zillow slid 7% after naming Jeremy Hofmann chief operating officer in addition to his chief financial officer role and disclosing plans to cut about 500 employees, even as it posted adjusted earnings of 52 cents a share on $772 million in revenue, topping estimates. Salesforce fell nearly 5% after naming Miguel Milano, a former Oracle executive, as operating chief; its shares are down over 27% year to date. E.l.f. Beauty dropped 3% despite adjusted earnings of $1.75 a share versus the LSEG consensus of 71 cents, after the company said $50 million in tariff refunds nearly doubled its profit. Bumble fell 5% after posting a second-quarter loss of 84 cents a share versus an expected 25-cent profit and guiding third-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $56 million to $60 million against the FactSet consensus of $68.7 million. DoorDash lost almost 2% after in-line earnings of 46 cents a share on revenue of $4.45 billion, beating the LSEG consensus of $4.34 billion. Block fell roughly 1%, guiding current-quarter gross profit of $3.13 billion, matching the FactSet consensus.
