Robert DeNault, Kalshi’s head of enforcement and legal counsel, said the company is concerned about overreach from New York Attorney General Letitia James’s office, according to Bloomberg.

DeNault was responding to a lawsuit brought by New York State and defended Kalshi as an open marketplace, not a casino or sportsbook.
