Yann LeCun, Meta Platforms Inc.'s former chief AI scientist, is joining 224 Ventures to invest in artificial intelligence startups, according to Bloomberg.

LeCun, often called one of the "godfathers of AI," will be part of the new venture firm focused on AI investments.
