I just glanced at the Fear & Greed Index—it's 27, a solid panic zone. At times like this, don’t be too timid. Historically, whenever it drops to this level, the odds for meme coins start looking better. The key is picking the right direction—don’t just fire randomly.

First, let’s talk BTC. It’s been hovering around 64,300. The 24-hour low is 62,241 and the high is 64,450. Support and resistance are clearly marked. Yesterday’s fake-out dip to 62,200 then a pullback suggests there’s plenty of buy-side demand waiting below. The funding rate is 0.0016%, basically floor level—no one is aggressively going long, and nobody is panic-shorting. This kind of condition is actually pretty healthy. My view is: as long as it doesn’t break below 62,241, the trend isn’t damaged. Retracements to buy are the main play.

Now the two coins I feel most strongly about.

The first is BNB. Up 1.5% today, and over the past 7 days it’s gained 5.7%. Funding rate is around 0.005%, so it’s nowhere near overheated. Current price is 601.71, with a daily trading volume of 643M—liquidity is sufficient for futures. If it retraces into the 595–598 range (near today’s low), you can consider going long. Put the stop loss at 588—around the level near the 60-day moving average. First target: 615. Second target: 630. The estimated risk/reward is about 1:2.5. I suggest 10x leverage—since the trend is already underway, there’s no need to be overly conservative.

The second I want to mention is ADA. It’s up 16.7% over 7 days, but today it’s corrected 3.2%. Funding rate data isn’t given, but based on this volatility, the longs are most likely retreating. Current price is 0.1903. If it rebounds to 0.195–0.198 (prior resistance zone), you could consider shorting. Stop loss at 0.202. First target: 0.182. Second target: 0.175. Risk/reward is 1:2 or better, and 8x leverage should be enough—after all, it just broke below support today, and the trend hasn’t been fully confirmed yet.

As for the popular ones like GRVT, HEI, and PUMP—honestly, I looked at the volume, and it’s not enough for me. PUMP, in particular, sounds like the kind of name used to cut grass. Don’t touch it. PENGU’s hype has cooled down too. In this kind of market, liquidity in small caps is poor—one big bearish candle can stop you out before you even manage to place an order. Better to put your effort into the majors and mid-caps.

XRP and DOGE are both down slightly today. XRP’s funding rate is still negative, which suggests the market isn’t interested in them—so I’m not touching them for now. ETH is up 0.2% today, but over the last 7 days it’s still negative. Its走势 is much weaker than BTC’s. If BTC can stand above 65,000, ETH might have room to catch up—but there’s no need to position early.

Finally, let’s talk about the overall strategy. Fear Index at 27 is a signal, but don’t rush to bottom-fish. Wait until BTC holds above 64,500. For position sizing, I’ll keep exposure below 30% and keep some “ammo” for confirmation. In this market, surviving matters more than making money. 😂
