Sycamore Partners is in advanced talks to sell teen retailer Hot Topic to Spencer’s and Spirit Halloween parent Spencer Spirit Holdings for about $350 million, ending 13 years of ownership, according to Bloomberg.

People familiar with the matter said the deal talks are at an advanced stage.
