Fesco suspends acceptance of shipping requests via the Black Sea after a drone attack
Russian logistics and shipping company Fesco (MOEX:FESH) announced on Tuesday that it has halted the acceptance of new shipping orders via the Black Sea, following an attack last week by Ukrainian drone targeting one of its ships.
The decision highlights the escalating disruptions facing shipping operations, as both Russia and Ukraine intensify their attacks on vessels, contributing to higher wheat prices in global markets.
Earlier, Russia’s state-owned nuclear energy company Rosatom, which owns 92.50% of Fesco’s shares, said that the ship Yanina sank in the Black Sea during the period between Friday night and Saturday after being damaged in an attack by Ukrainian sea drones. The ship was carrying frozen food and building materials.#BitcoinRecoversTo$64100 #USIranDealOrNoDeal #ACTSeeksSamsung$32BBuyback #SpaceXToReportQ2Results #GoldHoldsAbove$4000PerOunce $TRUMP
