My understanding of Ondo is simple: it’s a type of project in RWA that is closest to real-world finance.
What it does isn’t empty talk about “putting assets on-chain,” but rather bringing the most mature yield-generating assets in the real world—US Treasuries, money market funds, and similar instruments—onto the blockchain, so users can access real yield more directly. This direction is far more tangible than many purely conceptual projects.
So I think Ondo’s focus isn’t whether it will become the next narrative king, but whether it can become a stable entry point for real-world assets to move onto the chain. The truly valuable part of RWA isn’t storytelling—it’s bringing real yields and real credit into Crypto.
