The biggest mistake I made was assuming Bitcoin needed more features.
The more I explored the ecosystem...
The more I realized Bitcoin's biggest advantage isn't what it can do.
It's what people already trust it to do.
That completely changed how I look at infrastructure.
Instead of asking,
"How can we change Bitcoin?"
I started asking,
"How can we build around the trust Bitcoin has already earned?"
That's a much harder problem.
And probably a much more valuable one.
Anyone can launch another blockchain.
Very few can build something that benefits from Bitcoin without trying to replace it.
Maybe that's why infrastructure feels boring at first.
You don't notice a foundation while a building is standing.
You only notice it when it isn't there.
That's why I think the next wave of innovation won't be about making Bitcoin different.
It'll be about making Bitcoin's strengths more useful.
That's the direction I'm watching.
