I originally planned to rest over the weekend, but several peers in the primary market kept mentioning the Plasma project, and my professional instincts kicked in, so I got up to take a look at the white paper.
At first glance, Plasma's positioning is quite clever. At this juncture in 2026, simply telling the story of TPS (speed) no longer convinces anyone; what the market lacks is "settlement certainty" and "cross-chain atomicity." @Plasma seems to be addressing this pain point.
I took a look at the token model of $XPL ; it attempts to link the network's utility value with the token, rather than just being a pure governance token. This is logically sound.
Although I haven’t heavily invested yet, I have already added it to my Watchlist (core observation pool). In this noisy weekend, being able to calmly focus on infrastructure projects is worth a closer look.
In the next few days, I will conduct a deeper analysis of it using my "Munger model." #plasma $XPL
