If you’ve been watching the charts the last 24 hours, you’ve probably noticed the same thing: a handful of mid- and small-cap names suddenly woke up and started running. Three that stood out to me are BICO,SKYAI and VIC. All of them printed roughly 37–40% gains in a single day, with volume that actually looks real instead of the usual thin-air pumps. So let’s break them down one by one, without the usual hype language.

BICO Biconomy

Biconomy has been around for years. It’s the infrastructure layer that tries to make multi-chain DeFi feel less painful smart accounts, gas abstraction, one-click multi-step transactions, that kind of stuff. The team has real products (Nexus smart accounts, Supertransaction API) and has processed tens of millions of transactions. Backers include the usual big names from earlier cycles.

Right now it’s trading around $0.018, market cap roughly $18 million, fully diluted the same because almost the entire 1 billion supply is already circulating. Volume exploded to about $100 million in 24 hours, which is insane relative to the market cap. The token is still down more than 99% from its 2021 all-time high near $22, and it recently bounced off levels around $0.011.

The good: actual product usage and a clear narrative around account abstraction + AI agents (they’ve been pushing that angle).

The not-so-good: the team moved a big chunk of tokens to exchanges earlier this year near local highs, which left a sour taste. At these valuations the token is cheap, but it’s also a project that has been “almost there” for a long time.

SKYAI

This one is pure 2025–2026 narrative. SKYAI is positioning itself as an AI data and infrastructure play built around something called MCP (Model Context Protocol). The idea is to give large language models and AI agents clean, multi-chain on-chain data and a marketplace for those data services. It’s on BSC, fully circulating 1 billion supply, currently sitting around $0.040 with a $40 million market cap.

It pumped hard earlier this year (ATH near $0.85 in May) and then got absolutely wrecked, falling more than 95%. The recent bounce looks like a classic oversold rebound mixed with residual AI-token interest. Volume is solid at ~$23 million. The red flags that people keep mentioning are concentration of supply and the usual “AI + crypto” skepticism after so many similar projects came and went.

It’s higher risk than BICO simply because the product is newer and the valuation is already bigger despite less proven traction.

VIC Viction (formerly TomoChain)

Viction is the rebrand of the old TomoChain. It’s a layer-1 that has always sold itself on being user-friendly: zero-gas transactions for certain operations (via their VRC25 standard), 150 masternodes, EVM compatibility. Circulating supply is only about 127.5 million out of a 210 million max, so the fully diluted valuation is still under $10 million while the live market cap is around $6 million. Price is hovering near $0.047 after a strong day with $30 million+ volume.

It’s one of those older chains that never really died but also never became a top-tier L1. The zero-gas story is still interesting in a world where people complain about fees, and the lower float makes it more reactive to buying pressure. That said, competition in the “easy Web3” space is brutal, and rebrands don’t magically fix network effects.

Putting them side by side

What they have in common right now is the same short-term driver: a broad risk-on move into cheaper alts. None of them printed major unique news that explains the exact same percentage move on the same day. Volume is elevated across the board, which is usually a sign that traders are rotating rather than long-term capital flowing in.

If you’re looking at them as potential trades, BICO feels the most “real” in terms of existing usage, SKYAI is the pure narrative play, and VIC is the low-float lottery ticket. All three are still massively down from previous peaks, so the room to run on a continued alt bounce is there but the same is true for the room to fall if the broader market turns risk-off again.

None of this is financial advice. Crypto moves fast, liquidity can disappear, and these market caps are small enough that a few wallets can still move the price around. Do your own research, size accordingly, and don’t treat a one-day 40% candle as a new trend until it proves it can hold.
