Lee & Man Paper (2314) said it will raise paper prices again tomorrow after its products were increased once a week from early April to the end of June, according to Ming Pao.

Executive director and acting chief executive Li Wenbin said the second quarter is usually a seasonal low point for the industry, but demand rose in the first half as customers rushed to stock up over concerns that U.S. Section 301 trade probes could lead to new tariffs on some trading partners. He said paper prices fell slightly in July, but recent demand has continued to increase.
