ECF Community Governance Weekly Report | July 27, 2026—August 2
This week, ECF continued to advance the community governance framework and the development of ecological coordination.
The complete draft of the ECF governance process, system rules, and the network-wide unified decision-making mechanism has been officially released. It is now open for discussion across the entire community. ECF continues to collect community feedback and optimize the governance proposal. Meanwhile, ECF’s incumbent representatives have completed authorizations. The token-holder voter community group has been officially onboarded as an official working community, further promoting voter communication, governance discussions, and community collaboration.
The brand’s three-tier decision-making positioning方案 is being carried forward. Collection of community input, voting discussions, and the organization of related supporting arguments are being conducted in parallel.
The Vaulta Network VFLitigation multi-signature proposal is being followed up continuously. So far, 13 Top21 block-producing nodes have completed approval and signature, and the remaining nodes are still under review and confirmation. ECF will continue to monitor the proposal’s progress and collect public opinions from the community regarding related governance matters.
Next week, ECF will continue to advance optimization of the governance draft, brand positioning consensus workshops, follow-up on the VFLitigation proposal, and the building of verification-and-vault tools for token-holder voter community groups. This will further完善 a transparent, efficient, community-driven governance system.
