Benjamin Netanyahu’s response to the charge that Israel committed genocide in Gaza, phrased in a way that chose a heavily loaded historical weapon:
"Did the Nazis ask the Jews politely to leave? Did they tell them: please, get out? … I can name every genocidal leader in history; none of them did that, but when we take necessary action for the security of Israel, it becomes a problem."
