It will be when the people trapped at the top can't bear the losses and cut their positions, handing over their holdings to the insiders. Once the insiders have accumulated sufficient positions and see a profitable opportunity, they will initiate another rally. Therefore, from a cryptocurrency market perspective, learning how to short is crucial.
