Odaily Planet Daily News: South Korean police have searched the residence of former Incheon mayor Yoo Jeong-bu and the offices of the Incheon City Hall, and seized materials such as mobile phones and computers. Yoo Jeong-bu and his wife are accused of transferring approximately 21,000 encrypted assets they held to overseas trading platforms, and intentionally omitting them from the property declaration in local election candidate submissions. The Incheon City Election Management Committee determined that he may have violated election laws, and, one day before the election, asked him to correct the asset disclosures. The committee said that his actual assets were reduced by about 78 million won compared with what was declared.
