DefiLlama pushes $PUMP to the top of the 7-day revenue rankings, while both the bulls and bears get what they need from the same set of numbers.
――― Direction: Winning on revenue over your opponent doesn’t mean you should chase the price

The data for July 26 is: Pump.fun’s revenue over the past 7 days is about $7.45M, slightly higher than Hyperliquid’s $7.31M. On the day, about $5.5M was bought back, and value flowing back is not just talk.

But the price is already up about 17.7% over the past 24 hours, and the 1-hour RSI is at 62.4. Revenue comparisons only answer whether the platform can make money; they don’t address whether such revenue can survive the meme cycle, nor do they protect today’s chasing buyers from drawdowns.

Originally, I intended to place the reminder at 0.00216, but after seeing the rally I deleted the limit order. Now I’ll only observe whether it can hold around 0.00202. If it breaks below 0.00194, the short-term thesis fails. Only if the 1-hour close is above 0.00216, and the next candle’s volume doesn’t clearly shrink, will I reassess.

This time, what really matters isn’t “who is #1 in revenue,” but how much buying power remains after the data-driven hype starts to fade.
