If an exchange ranks in the top 10, can it just steal and misuse funds with impunity? Without fairness and credibility, you handle things by always pushing the blame and dodging responsibility— is that how you do it??
🥺 Our project paid the required listing-related fees in full as requested and successfully completed the listing. However, during subsequent communication, Gate claimed that the person we had been dealing with earlier was not an official platform employee.
The funds were ultimately transferred into Gate’s official account. Now, they are dodging responsibility by saying “the liaison person is not an internal employee.” We ask: where is Gate’s transparency and integrity as it claims? We demand that the platform confront the issue and provide a reasonable solution.
