I observe many comments and the possibility of volatility if the SC considers the illegal use of tariffs by the American Government, but the Government has other tools to impose tariffs if defeated. In other words, even if the Government is truly doing so, it wouldn't prevent the imposition of tariffs through other mechanisms at its disposal, such as Section 232 and 301. Well, in this speculative market, fluctuations are a reality. If you're not prepared to live with these fluctuations, I suggest investing in something else—there are plenty of options out there. Follow your intuition. And if you're looking to take risks, I'd like to suggest a good read: "The 12 Axioms of Zurich." Old but still relevant.
